August Hits and Misses!

Saturday, August 30, 2008

So, we are now down to the last days of August and I'm curious to know...

What are some of your Hits and Misses for this past month? What products have you tried that have been working for you and what products have been a miss?

HITS:

Hot Six Oil - It has been growing on me. I gave it another try and so far it leaves my hair smooth andseals in my moisturizer very well.

Egg Treatment - Left my hair soft, thick and strong. Definately a staple!

MISSES:

None

What about you?...

  2. Same here! I used it before and never liked the results whether it was as a deep condition, leave-in or cowash. My hair hated it.

  3. Nexxus Humectress and my hair are NOT friends! I've tried it as a dc, a leave-in and moisturizer, but it just sat on top of my hair and made it weak and brittle...I gave up on it a few months ago.

My big hit for August was the Pantene Relaxed & Natural Breakage Defense Mask. My hair loves it!

I'm not sure if it's a total miss yet, but I wasn't impressed with the Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask. It's just okay.

  4. Tiffanita what's your hair type? I'd like to try it...

I've always wondered - if certain products work for one person, will they work for everyone in the same hair 'class' (Anyone?)

  6. @ Tiff - I feel the same way! Nexxus was horrible. Waste of money. Its all good, we live and we learn. I still can't find the Pantene Breakage defence mask.
@ Anonymous - Normally those with the same hair type get the same results.
@ SDN - Yeah the protein treatment was a major hit for me!!
