I'm a prepoo'er all the way! LOL. I always prepoo with protein but I'm curious to find out what you all use on your wash days! Let's Share :-)

  1. My combos not listed. I prepoo with Ojon restorative hair treatment which is formulated to use as a prepoo plus oil, and alternate with Burts Bees avocado butter preshampoo treatment. Both are fab.

  5. My pre-poo is a mixture of castor, evoo, coconut, avacodo, amila, peppermint oil. I put the oil on my scalp, my ends and then layer my entire head w/alter ego garlic conditioner. I can honestly say my hair thanks me for this procedure. I do this for a co-wash and shampoo wash. :)
