  3. I agree.
Thanks Sunshyne for not giving up and showing us black ladies that we can have lovely natural hair if only we take time to look after it and maintain it.
Loving the tips and advice, always useful.

Here in London, we don't get much of the products you advice. What would you say are the main basic products to start off for my hair regime?

    Much appreciated.

    Blessings :)

  4. Hi, Sunshyne. Thank you for this site. You have real helped me with my hair, it was thin and I was content with sholder length till I came across you on you tube and it hit me that my hair can actually grow even more, so i started a regimen and relaxing 11-12 weeks. My hair is now thick and on bra strap and can now feel its weight which is great. I pray you be successful in all areas of your life as you have touched my life even though i am in South Africa.
    PS. I love your videos.

  5. Hi Sunshyne. Did you deal with massive shedding after pregnancy? If so, how did you combat it? If not, did you follow some steps to make sure shedding did not occur that much? Thanks

  6. Hi Sunshyne,
I have been really struggling with getting my hair back on a healthy track. I thought that by getting weaves it would give my hair a break and actually grow, but it has not. I am beyond frustrated and I ready to now stop being defeated by my hair and take action. My first question for you is, from looking at your before pictures when hair was in it's breakage stage, how were you styling it in order to not only protect it from more damage but also so that it was presentable for going out? My second question is, because I have a sensitive scalp I gave up relaxers and am only natural, i.e. I get my hair pressed, what would you recommend as far as hair styles or hair regimen around wanting to wash my hair twice a week, but not necessarily a good idea to get it pressed twice a week? Also lastly, what is your exact hair regimen, i.e. How many times do you wash your hair, your hair care steps, and so forth?

    Thank you,
    Kalea
