I put the shea butter in an empty bottle and add EVOO. Then I shake it up very well and use it to moisture my skin after I shower.

I love using shea butter on my body and face at night. Being in Michigan, the weather can get kind of extreme and I when I put it on before I go to bed or before I step into winter weather, especially when its windy, I appreciate myself for it. I am going to have try it in my DC's. I always stock up on it when they have it dirt cheap during festivals here.

My sister and I both do what "Garland" said above: We microwave the shea butter to soften it, then we pour some Vatika Coconut oil in and apply it to our hair. It works wonders!! I can only do it when I'm at home tho (since it's my sister's and that's where she is lol)

You can whip it with other oils and use it to seal during the upcoming winter months. I melt some down and add it to my DCs and for hot oil treatments. My skin LOVES shea butter. Gives my skin a glow and helps to eliminate any discoloration. IMO you should ALWAYS have some shea butter on deck..

I have that exact same shea butter except i melted it and mixed it with coconut oil to make it softer and easier to use and my hair LOVES IT. I hope you like it too.
