Relaxed & Healthy has been my motto since day one! 

It is possible to have healthy relaxed hair despite all the myths you hear. Even nowadays I continue to hear relaxed haired women "claiming" that their hair can't grow! 

Growing up I believed it was normal for relaxed hair to be damaged, noticeably thin and prone to breakage. Now that sort of thinking is a thing-of-the-past...
