You have High Porosity hair and I would treat it as such! High porosity hair is usually caused by chemical treatments, heat appliances or weather. There are several products and techniques you can implement that will help your hair retain moisture i.e. use a protein reconstructor/treatment at least once a week to help fill in the cracks along the hair shaft that's causing moisture to escape the strands, use a pH balanced leave-in conditioner (i.e. Aloe Vera Juice mixed with some water and oils), ACV rinses (Apple Cider Vinegar | 1 part ACV 3 parts water) at least once a week to close the cuticles promoting shine and moisture etc. Implementing a few of these techniques will get you well on your way to healthier stronger hair!
