Youtube Alert: The Scarf Method

Friday, September 26, 2008

I get questions from ladies asking me how I air dry? how does the hairline lay so flat? do I use heat to make my hair straight....the answer is, No. I always air dry (99% of the time). I don't put heat in my hair often, maybe 4-5 times a year. This is how I air dry EVERY wash day!!!! Check it out.

  2. I'm a little confused about how this works. How in the world do you keep the rest of the hair tame? Does this work for you only because you don't wear the hair down?

I wear my hair and I just can't see even the relaxed part being tame enough for no heat--the front after the scarf (maybe!) but not the rest.

  3. So...when you wash your hair and throw in some leave-in..do you seal it?

  7. @ Ms Anjela - Thank you hun!

@ Shan & Jamie - I dont wear my hair down but once my hair dries, the back of my hair is smooth & straight. Its not poofy, rough, brittle or frizzy. I use my leave-ins and I dont seal afterwards and my hair is tame. It all depends on what you're putting in your hair and the quality of it.

@ Sade - No, I dont seal in the leave-in. I just put on the 2 and then air dry. Once my hair is about 80-90% dry, I moisturize and then seal.

@ Dania & Sharbar - Thank you so much.
