Quick Protein Fix For Your Hair
Thursday, November 06, 2008If your hair is mushy and limp Or you just don't have the time to do a protein deep conditioning treatment... Try this...
Tip: Apply a protein leave-in conditioner (i.e. Infusium 23) followed by a moisturizing leave-in creme/moisturizer (i.e. Neutrogena Triple Moisture Silk Touch Leave-in Creme) over it, then proceed to your desired style.
It will help maintain the mositure/protein balance in your hair. Without the moisture over it, the hair can become very dry! This is a quick way to add strength, structure and softness to your hair while preventing breakage. This can be done once a week.
For more moisturizing & protein leave-ins to use, be sure to check out HAIRLISTA INC. for more info.

I can't stand mushy hair. I did the "baggy thing" and ended up cutting an inch off. I shoulda just corrected it with protein. Now I know! BTW, Inf 23 works well for roller-sets.
ReplyDeleteAww sorry to hear that. Baggying is not for everyone and if done wrong, it can cause setbacks. Infusium 23 is a great product and it makes the hair thicker too.
ReplyDeleteyep! i LOVE infusium!

Mendex by roux(porosity control) is also a great quick protein product.
ReplyDeleteMy hair sank to the bottom & stayed there, How do I fix it?
