Happy Friday! Weekend Hair Plans Anyone?

Friday, February 03, 2012

It`s Friday, which means the weekend is FINALLY here! Weekends are the perfect time to relax and pamper yourself and your hair with some TLC.

This weekend, I plan on:
  1. Prepooing with Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for 30-45mins with heat
  2. Co-wash it out with Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship (one of my favs)
  3. Blow dry on cool air (seals cuticles and speeds up drying time)
  4. Moisturize & Seal
  5. Oil my scalp with JBCO (Jamaican Black Castor Oil)
  6. Bun.
Nothing fancy.

I may also go to the Beauty Supply Store. I need to restock on my products :)

What are your hair plans?

Have a great weekend! HHG :)

  1. Well what I'm gonna do for my Friday hair plans is M&S plus massage some JBCO onto scalp. Last nite I did my DC on damp hair after spraying AVJ onto my scalp, clarified, shampooed (hydrating) then I use my humeto conditioner for about 2-3 min. final rinse with cool water and air dried about 80% and put hair into braidouts for a protection while wearing my lace front wig. HHJ!!!!

  2. I plan on co-washing my hair as well this weekend with Garnier Fructis Cream Conditioner and using Organic roots stimulator's Hair Mayonnaise for 30-45 and following up with Silk Elements Luxury Moisturizing Conditioner for about and hour. I don't know if I'm going to just sleek my hair down and let it air dry or put small rollers in it (I have extremely short hair and I'm trying to grow it out. I'll probably go the route of putting rollers in it just so I won't have to go through the pain of flat ironing it. I also like to spray my hair with Taliah Waajid Black Earth's Protective Mist Bodifier for added moisture (L O V E the stuff)! I am just starting my healthy hair journey hopefully it'll go well for me.
